GUT HERMANNSBERG GUESTHOUSE
/ Paradise at ‘the end of the world’…
Decompression: one already slows down and feels the tension disperse and dissipate on the way up to Gut Hermannsberg – driving through the picturesque Nahe Valley, past the massive Rotenfels towering above the legendary vineyard Traiser Bastei (and the estate’s own vines), then along the banks of the Niederhäuser Reservoir, and finally – via an adventurously narrow little roadway – up the hill to the Hermannsberg. Only one hour by auto from Frankfurt am Main International Airport, the visitor will find communion with nature, rest & recuperation, culinary pleasure and the finest of Rieslings in a beautiful ensemble that brings together wine estate, guesthouse and gastronomic delights.
Our guesthouse offers the ideal point of departure for hikes through the surrounding vineyards, and for bicycle touring along the Nahe River, for wine tastings and culinary discoveries – or simply just the ideal place to relax. Our cellarmaster Karsten Peter characterises Gut Hermannsberg as ‘paradise at the end of the world…’ And he’s right!
An important notice: please keep in mind that for holiday weekends in our guesthouse, a minimum stay of three nights is required. We will be offering attractive programmes for all of these holidays.
From May to October, weekend lodgings require a minimum of two nights – arrival on Friday, departure Sunday.
