THE LUNCH TABLE: SATURDAY & SUNDAY JUST DROP BY
Saturday and Sunday lunchtime we serve a range of lighter and more substantial dishes from the Estate Kitchen Menu, for example our Hermanns-Burger of pulled lamb in a burger bun with red cabbage salad, sweet potato fries and two dips. Enjoy a glass of our delicious estate wine with them on the terrace or in our vinothek.
THE DINNER TABLE: FRIDAY & SATURDAY WITH A RESERVATION
Our evening restaurant is open on Fridays and Saturdays under the motto Our Estate Cuisine – a Menu in the Spirit of the Season and offers you a culinary journey around the world. Chef Loris Hasenzahl will spoil you with a seasonal 3 – 4-course menu accompanied by the wines of Gut Hermannsberg.
RESTAURANT SPECIALS: GOURMET SATURDAY & WINE GOURMET WEEKENDS
Once a month we stage a Gourmet Saturday and a Wine Weekend. On Gourmet Saturday savour a 4-course menu with a special theme such as “Lobster & Co.” or “The Fruits of the Forest”. The highpoint of the Wine Gourmet Weekends is an exquisite 5-course menu with accompanying wines from our estate, sometimes including wines from our Schatzkammer, or rarities cellar.
